I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. I hold dual Master’s degrees in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University and in Community Counseling and Development from George Mason University. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience, where clients feel supported as they build skills and insight to live more fulfilling lives. I integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. In addition to clinical work, I have extensive experience providing clinical supervision and am currently accepting LCMHCA candidates working toward licensure in North Carolina.
